Barkha doesn't mean a veil as far as I know :) It refers to one of the seasons - Spring I think. Barkha Dutt's sister is called Bahaar Dutt. So I guess it is the matching Barkha, and Bahaar words in Hindi :) Nothing to do with veils

No, I was just using one of the words that is used to refer to the veilin Hindi... Barkha I think actually means the rainy season "barkhA bahAr Ayee...ras kee phuvAr lAyee..." etc.
